Most Realtors are agents that work for a Broker. The majority split their commission, giving over one-third of their gross earnings to the home office. At Starboard Realty you will work directly with me, the Broker. I have my own office, with all the same tools to sell property as the largest brokerage houses in the business. 		Multiple Listing Service: Starboard Realty is a member of the San Diego Board which provides a county wide data base of real estate activity. This is the source most other agents will use to find out about your property.
		Sign(s): Starboard Realty will provide adequate signs to identify easily the status of your property. More than half of all sales start from the prospective buyer seeing a FOR SALE sign on the property.
		Talking House: We will install a device that repeats a message audible with an automobile's AM radio. An additional sign will designate which channel to tune to for up to a 4 1/2 minute sales pitch on your property.
		Lock box: For easy access to show your property a secure lock box will be installed containing a key to your home. Only agents belonging to the San Diego Board can use this box.
		Brokers tour: Once each week Brokers tour each others new listings. Starboard Realty will notify all the brokers in the area of your property as a new listing, and will offer refreshments to encourage more agents to attend. This tells the majority of agents likely to be working with buyers in your area about your property.
		Personal service: At Starboard Realty you will receive our team's best effort at all times.
